This hotel was enchanting and delightful with pleasant staff with the member of staff. We ate at a nice restaurant for dinner. We had a glorious view over river severn valley towards the Cotswold and clee hill and an exceptionally comfortable bed.

The location of the hotel is wonderful with views across the countryside and perfectly placed for easy access to the Malvern Hills with wlaks along the ridge. You can walk into Great Malvern along the ridge, if you are reasonably fit so that we didn't need to use the car while we were there.It is easy to access the M5 if you are going north or south. Food was lovely and the staff were efficient and friendly.

Very tasteful, modernly interpreted interior in the main building including restaurant. Excellent food and service.
The bed is only 160 cm wide. The furnishing of the room in old-fashioned English country house style . The carpet of the stairs and in the hallway worn out.
